MEET THE TEAM

KATY KELLY- ASSociate DIRECTOR

Katy Kelly has been with Annenberg International Programs since 2016. In her current role, she manages all of the school’s short-term and semester-long overseas programming. 

Prior to joining USC Annenberg, she worked in the non-profit sector focusing on international development and international education. Katy received a BA in International Relations and French from DePaul University in Chicago and a Master’s degree in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California. She is committed to cultivating mutual understanding through  travel and by encouraging students to become more globally-minded.

Georgia Stahl- Assistant Director

Georgia Stahl (she/her) joined the Annenberg team in 2019.

Prior to her role at USC Annenberg, she worked in the non-profit sector with a focus on educational equity and immigration advocacy. Georgia received a BA in Spanish and in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, and a MA in Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a focus on Migration and Labor Rights.

She has studied and researched abroad in Ecuador and in Rajasthan, India, and enjoys traveling for pleasure and cultural immersion throughout Latin America and Europe. She is passionate about connecting students with the resources they need to help enhance their cultural competency, empathy, and ‘global connectedness’.

Cathy Phung- Student Worker

Cathy Phung just recently joined the Annenberg team as a student worker. She helps create content for the Annenberg International Program social media and organizes the AIP blog page.

Cathy is currently a Senior majoring in Communication with a minor in Marketing. She hopes to enter entertainment marketing after graduation. She recently participated in the Spring Annenberg International Program Rome Study Abroad in 2020.

Previously she was a transfer student from Santa Monica Community College. Her hobbies including reading, drawing, watching movies, exploring different cultures, and traveling. She hopes to visit Greece, Amsterdam, and Japan soon.
